She was predeceased by: her husband George Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lewis (Carolyn) of Albany, David Lewis of Salem, Oregon, Debbie Hanna (David) of Olympia and Janet Ball (Willie) of Salem. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
