He was predeceased by: his brothers, Max Winkelman (Cheryl) and Brian Winkelman (Becky); his parents, Betty Williamson (Robert) and Richard K. Winkelman; and his uncle James Winkelman (Pill).
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Eby (Gleizes); his son Jonathan Winkelman (Brianne); his stepsons, Christopher Gleizes (Molly) and Matthew Gleizes (Jennifer); and also Robin Stewart. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent to Assured Hospice.
