It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Richard Milholland of Olympia, Washington, who passed away on February 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Isabelle; and his son James Theodore. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Goercke (Dan), Sharon Travis (Dave), Delbert Milholland (Cindy) and Bryant Milholland (Betty). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
