He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dodge and Jessie Dodge (Johnston); and his wife Patricia Lou Dodge. He is survived by: his children, Gary Glenn Dodge of Kent, WA and Terri Lynn Kessack of Olympia, WA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
