She was predeceased by: her parents, John Major and Elsie Fountain; her brothers, Bill and Jack; and her husband Don.
She is survived by: her children, Patty (Jim Perry), Terry (Kelly Driver), Janet (John Johnson) and Ken (Amanda Driver); her sister-in-law Delores Fountain; her grandchildren, Karyn, Susie, Jessica, Tera, Don, Kaleigh, Brody, Kutter and Spayne; and her stepgranddaughter Kimberly. She is also survived by Grandpa always treated her like his daughter, and Dad's siblings.
