He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Jill Poffenroth (Doug) and Traci (Tamara); his grandsons, Jace Poffenroth (Dalana), Taylor Poffenroth and Brayden Poffenroth; and his sister Mary Pat Looker (Dale).

In lieu of flowers the family wishes for donations to be made to The Lutheran Church of the Good Shephard The Celebration of Life will be held at Mills and Mills Monday July 9th at 11:00am, located at 5725 Littlerock Rd, SW, Tumwater WA 98512.
