He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Harold Armstrong and Eva Frances Armstrong (Speir). He is survived by: his wife Karen Marie Jones; his daughters, Ramona Moore (Randy) of Shelton, Natalie Fortier (Gregg) of Port Townsend and Roxanne Haerling (Don) of Centralia, Washington; and his siblings, MaryAnn Webster and Harold Armstrong. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
