She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Whaley and Ida Louise Whaley (Von Holtz); her husband Joe Sabia; her siblings, Emma Sundquist, Ruth Dahlgren, Dora Patti and James Whaley, Jr.; her son Peter Sabia; and her granddaughter Katie Jonis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Sabia (Ted Lewis), Cinda Sabia-LeBus (Joe LeBus), Dannina Sabia (Alaka Lindsley) and Jodi Jonis (Jon Jonis); and her grandchildren, Howie Marcley, Amy Donabedian, Joe Sabia, Alexandra Dube and Jake Jonis. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
