She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine "Gerrie" Rae Mendoza and Richard D. Mendoza. She is survived by: her husband Greg Clark of Olympia; her daughters, Lynnette Smith of Auburn and Patricia Huizar of Kent, Washington; and her sister Carmen Turberville of Marysville, Washington.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
