He is survived by: his parents, Amy Hartman (Deric) of Omaha and Rich Martin (Shanna) of Highland, UT; his grandparents, DeWayne, Nikki Slaughter of Treynor, IA, Rick, Patricia Martin of Omaha and Deb Martin of Highland, UT; his siblings, Hayley, Lexi, Abbie, Piper, Elle Martin, Katie Barnes (Cody), Dacia Wright (Dylan), Kara Hartman, Katelynn Mulder and Morgan Lapka (Sandy); his uncles, Jason Slaughter (Angie) and Jamie Slaughter (Lindsey); his aunt Michelle Martin; his nephew Kaden; his nieces, Caleigh and Ryleigh; his cousins, Emily, Damien, Lily, Maddix, Bryan, Easton, Nixon, Andrew, Nick and Ben; and his pet Pepper.
