He was predeceased by: his brother Howard McCarroll. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Levesque of Olympia; his wife Patricia McCarroll; his son-in-law Chris Levesque; his grandchildren, Genevieve, Adrianna and Lola; his daughter Robin Hood of Spokane; and his grandchildren, Cameron and Jason Hood. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
