He was predeceased by: his former wife Susan Stone Wack; and his brother Philip. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bundy Wach; his children, John Wack (Cheryl), Jennifer Lopez (Afonso) and Wendy Smith (Jeff); his stepsons, William Bundy (Cheryl) and Richard Bundy (Renee); and his brother David.
