He is survived by: his daughters, Toina Cairns (Robbie) of Kansas and Trisha Mayhew (John Sr.) of Vermont; his stepdaughters, Carie Ann Ellingwood (Peery) of Maine and Carla Murphy (Peery) of Washington; his sisters, Bonnie Dewing (Terry) of Vermont, Diane Bowman of Vermont and Theresa Gray of Vermont; and his stepsister Step. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. And by his great friends.
