He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Theodore (Ted) and Mary Elliott (Haskett). He is survived by: his wife Betty (Lozier); and his brother Edwin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "Voice For Christ Ministries", an organization Dewey felt strongly about.
