He is survived by: his former wife Joyce White of High Wycombe, England.; his wife Susan K. Kentfield; and his children, Charles David of Corona, Kerri of Gilroy and Kristyn of Riverside, California. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
