He is survived by: his friend Phil; his wife Kitty English of Olympia, Washington; his son Phillip English of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; his stepchildren, Tammy Hiler (Ron) of Fairfield, California, Mark Hathcock of Americus, Georgia and Tyler Stark of Olympia, Washington; his sister Ann Nielsen of Fairhope, Alabama; his niece Christa Bell (Alex) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and his nephew Michael Nielsen of Fairhope, Alabama. He is also survived by two grandchildren; several great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
