He is survived by: his brothers, Donald Picard, Dolores Picard and Howard Picard; his sister-in-law Abbie Tugaw; his children, Dick and Diane; his grandchildren, Patty Furman, Jaci, Jason Sheldon, Jeremy and Heather Furman; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Macy Routin, Tom Barclay, Heather and Matt Pippenger; and his great great grandchildren, Talan, Peyton Barclay, Josie, Abby Norton, Hayden, Haylee and Madison Sheldon.
