She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Buchanan and Anna Buchanan; her husband Ben Nilles; her son Robert; her stepfather Howard Woodbury; and her daughter-in-law Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Yager (Bill), Larry (Norma), Bill and James; her half-sisters, Ornetta Gamble, Oretta Chamberlin, Marie Burris (Chuck) and Maryann Burris; and her sister-in-law Nada Buchanan. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great, and great great grandchildren.
