He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Schafer and Verna Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Spies; his children, Kelly Weber (Larry), Kolby Schafer (Krystel) and Zachery Schafer (Katie); his grandchildren, Cade (Zoe), Carsen, Camden Weber, Brayton, Adyson, Kellan, Keegan Schafer, Dottie and Rollie Schafer; and his sister Carla Miller (Robert).
