We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 88, Ralph Anthony Moreno of Ocean Shores, Washington, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Anita; his adoptive mother Marie Sandoval; his former wife Norma Delores Soza of Seattle; his son Anthony Moreno; his sisters, Terri, Tami and Tina; and also, Tony, Rose Moreno of Ocean Shores, Terri "Meena", Gregg Wagner of Bend, Tami, Chris Covey of Manson, Tina and Leonard Patricelli of Arlington, Washington. He was also cherished by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
