It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Vincent Rhoades Sr. of Oakville, Washington, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray and Gracie Mary Rhoades; his wife Shirley Anne Boeck; and his daughter Beverly Ramirez. He is survived by: his children, Chris Montelongo, Susan Morales, Charles Rhoades, Jr. (Donna) and Carlton Rhoades (Cassondra); and his brother Larry Rhoades (Cathy) of Rochester, Washington.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Vincent's name to Washington State Parks.
