It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Alfred Meche of Oak Harbor, Washington, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Kim Meche; his brother Kenim Meche; and his parents, Fred Meche and Nita Meche. He is survived by: his wife Richie; his daughters, Terri Meche and Stephanie Cone (Ray); and his brother Lyn. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; his seven great-grandchildren.
