It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Sem (Oak Harbor, Washington), who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Sebo. She is survived by: her father Robert Sebo (June); her siblings, Renee, Rob and D'ann; her husband Dave; and her children, Steven and Julianne. She is also survived by her brother, sisters and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends.
Per her request there will be no service held, in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Whidbey Hospice or the charity of your choice.
