We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2022, at the age of 62, Roger Alfred Howe of Oak Harbor, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Howe and Myrtle Howe (Crawford); and his sister Dana Gneiting. He is survived by: his wife Lora Howe (Lori); his son Raymond Howe of Iowa; his stepchildren, Joshua Graham of Oak Harbor, Phelana Ricciardi of Oak Harbor and Crystal Saveall; and his sisters, Rayleen Naftzger (Chuck) of Oregon and Karen Ker (Dave) of Idaho Falls.

The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the following ministries of one's choice.
