It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Melvin (Oak Harbor, Washington), who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Melvin and Francis Melvin; and his sons, Robert F. Melvin Jr. and James H. Melvin.
