She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lyle Cornish and Florence Cornish; her husband Chuck Fakkema; and her children, Brian (Shirley), Kevin, Alan (Annie), Chris, Mark, Greg, Chase, Madison, Mason and Marissa. She was also cherished by nieces, and nephews.
