She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Libbey and Ethel Hancock Libbey; her children, Gail Hilkey, Debra Lester, Tonya Silvia and Roger Snover; her husband Phil; her daughter Debbie; and her sister Marilyn Bailey. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
The Snover family suggests, donations can be made to Children's Orthopedic Hospital in remembrance of Roger.
