With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurin Zylstra (Oak Harbor, Washington), who passed away on June 17, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his brother Don; his nephew Chuck Heller; his children, Sue Brown (Jerry), Ken Zylstra (Elizabeth), Laura Cummings (Dave) and Cathy Halverson (Joel); his grandchildren, Kelly Brown, Bradley Brown (Kelsey), Steve Stuckey, Wes Halverson (Olga), Russell Halverson and Lauren Eyer (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Kai, Kayla D., Ryan, Lindy and Ariana; and also Winterburn Construction.

Bud was a loving and faithful husband caring for Jo even as she declined from the ravages of Alzheimer's.
