He was predeceased by: his wife Roxalee Whitlatch. He is survived by: his parents, Delno Whitlatch and Irma Whitlatch (Test); his children, Brian Whitlatch (Toni) of Salem, CT and Cassandra Whitlatch of Oak Harbor; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Megan Whitlatch of Salem, CT, Levi and Leslie Whitlatch of Oak Harbor; his brother Dwight Whitlatch (Beverly) of Ankeny, IA; and his nieces, Crystal, Lori and Dawn.
