He is survived by: his wife Samantha Gourley of Oak Harbor, WA; his father Jeffrey Gourley (Julie) of Hickory, KY; his grandparents, Beverly Gourley of Cunningham, KY, Ronnie and Angie Payne of Calvert City, KY; his brothers, Justin Gourley of Calvert City, KY, Jordan Gourley (Crystal) of Hickory, KY, Chosen, Joe Hamilton and Rawley Lemmel of Oak Harbor, WA; his cousins, Kayla Cutsinger (Brandon) of Calvert City, KY, Abby and Emelyn Payne; and his nieces and nephews, Jace, JaeLynn Gourley of Hickory, KY, Landon, Brooklyn Bone of Sioux Falls, SD and Bubba.
