It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Abels of Oak Harbor, Washington, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Abels and Leola Abels (Miller). He is survived by: his nephews, Stephen Abels (Joy), Douglas Abels (Karen) and Jonathon Abels (Lisa); his niece Elizabeth Williams (James); and his friends, Nick and Marilyn Haren.
