We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2019, Franklin Jongsma (Oak Harbor, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Jongsma and Lena Jongsma (Abrahamse); his wife Lois Jongsma; his children, Arnold Jongsma, Dee Ann Carlson, Martha Hitchcock (Robert), Alan Jongsma (Nancy), Gail Kruckeberg (Gordon), Joy Anderson (Kenneth) and Doris Brinkerhoff; and his siblings, Mary Wright (Al), Cornelia Huisman (Carl), Lois Vander Meulen and Glenn Jongsma (Josephine). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mount Vernon or the Mount Vernon Christian School.
