It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Felix Pangelinan (Oak Harbor, Washington), who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Rose Zapanta-Pangelinan; his daughter Josephine; and his brother Artemio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
