It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Dobbins (Oak Harbor, Washington), born in Port Orford, Oregon, who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bryan Dobbins and Esther Lucille; his sister Martha; his former wife Elaine; his sons, Brian, David, Gary and Robert; his wife Suzanne; and his daughter Rachel Loetterle. He was also cherished by his 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
