She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tommy Clark and Blanche Clark; her children, Rick O'Keefe of Skagit County, Randy O'Keefe of Freeland, Ryan O'Keefe of Coupeville and Renae Mulholland (Robert "Moose") of Coupeville; her grandchildren, Kramer (Morgan), Austin, Kendra (Nick), Courtney (Beni), Gavin (Lucy) and Abby; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Annorah, Dallan and Ryley; her brother Pat Clark (Jan) of Langley; her husband Tom Keefe; and her siblings, Jim Clark and Kathleen "Katy" Clark Faris. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dorothy was the foundation of her family.
