He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria and Joaquin. He is survived by: his wife Teresita of Riverside, CA; and his children, Yvonne Cepeda of Moreno Valley, CA, Geraldine Pangelinan of Oceanside, CA, Dexter of Perris, CA, Walter of Riverside, CA and Emmeline Gutierrez of Moreno Valley, CA.. He is also survived by his twenty-two grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren, as well as his two great-great grandchildren.
Only a small group will be allowed to visit at a time due to COVID-19.
