He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Swatosh and Echo Swatosh (Messenger); and his siblings, Elyce Baier, Catherine Buxton, Jean Tourville and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Mary Tock (Bob) of Walla Walla, Tim Swatosh (Karen) of Rochester, MN, Charlene Hawkins (Russ) of Anacortes and Kevin Swatosh (Kim) of Everett; and his siblings, Tim, Tom (Judy), Jim (Diane), John (Priscilla) and Linda Distad (Bob). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and four great grandsons.
As chairman for the Pennies for Heaven charity, Del led his council to receive top honors from the Washington State council for 15 consecutive years.
