He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Frank Russell Jr. and Linda Russell; his wife Luzminda Russell; his daughters, Danica Russell and Rayan Russell; and his siblings, Chad Russell and Shelly Russell. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
