Claire Thomas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire Thomas (Oak Harbor, Washington), who passed away on December 9, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Sherman and Arthur Sherman; her husband Eldred Thornton "Tommy" Thomas; her siblings, Marjorie, Art, George, Ralph and Don Sherman; her children, Craig Thomas (Susan Scott), Elaine Thomas (John Sledd), Irene Thomas Wood (Dan Wood), Burke Thomas (Barbara Benham Thomas) and Anne Thomas of Cambodia; her niece Joan Thomas of Los Angeles; her grandmother Claire'; and her aunt Claire'. She was also cherished by friends.
She carried on with these activities right up until the Covid-19 crisis shut everything down in mid-March, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Claire's memory be made to charitable and non-profit organizations of the donor's choice.
