He is survived by: his friend Wally Orwall; his wife Sharon Chamberlain; his children, Michelle (John), Brian (Darla) and Danny (Christy); and his siblings, Linda and Mike. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are encouraged to donate to The Michael J Fox Foundation in lieu of flowers.
