She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Koontz and Hazel Koontz (Caudell); her children, Lori and Jim; her husband Bill; and her sister Barbara.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck (Mardy) and Debbie Wiks (Jake); and her siblings, Bev and Bud. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
