He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Armand William Pardy, Sr. and Mildred Oliver Pardy; his siblings, Karen, Gary and David; and his children, Linnea and Aaron. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to WAIF Animal Shelter in Bill's name.
