He is survived by: his wife Janice Smith; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Kim Smith; his children, Rick Smith, Juke (Tim Smith) and Todd Smith (Laura); and his stepdaughters, Christine Bernson (Jimmy) and Anita Barnett. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren and Twelve great grandchildren.
