With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Adele Brooks (North Bend, Washington), born in Arroyo Grande, California, who passed away on February 21, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sisters, Joyce Ferguson and Ellen Grant; and her granddaughter Jennifer Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Paez, Santa Paula, Peggy Brown (Steve), North Bend and Cathy Nunes (Brett); her grandchildren, Janet Paez, Tanya Paez, Jonathan Brown (Leslie), Bryan Brown, Brittany Ludeman (Daniel), Jared Brown, Garrett Nunes and Melissa Nunes; her great grandchildren, Anthony Ortega, Siarah Garcia, Lilly Brown, Jayden Brown, Kyler Brown, Kayson Brown and Ava Brown; her sisters, Barbara Kern and Anna Lake; her nieces and nephews, John "Sonny" Summerford and Linda Shaker; and her son-in-law Adolfo Paez.
In lieu of flowers, Jackie's family requests that donations be made in her honor to Providence Hospice Care of Seattle.
