He was predeceased by: his wife Nola; and his children, John Lakey and Debra Patrone. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Lakey (Gloria) of Jacksonville, NC, Leonard Scheidegger of North Bend, WA., Dana Lakey of Burien, WA and Trina Jones (Dustin) of Federal Way, WA.
