Though Barry Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Rookey (Jo) and Bernard Rookey. He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Rookey (Gruettner); his children, Brant Rookey (late Carolyn McGowan Rookey), Janell Curtis, Nicole Stride (Tom Stride) and Sabrina Borck; and his brother Patrick Rookey (Judy Rookey). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church (6122 WA-291, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Parish (3624 W Indian Trail Rd, Spokane, WA 99208).
