She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Collier; her daughter Penny Collier; her grandson David Jernigan; her parents, Rhonda Bucher and Daniel Felter; and her siblings, Jim Felter, Jasper Felter, Earl Felter and Janet Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Colleen Porter, Shirley Kelso (Lynn), Colan Collier and Ginny Eldridge (Phil); and her grandchildren, Ryan Jernigan, Brant Collier, Angie Douglas, Bill Collier, Brandy Collier, Eric Collier, Veeda Jo Jones and Cody Hawken. She is also survived by grandkids and a great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.
