She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Woodworth and Carolyn Woodworth; her siblings, Mark Woodworth (Lynette) and Teresa Stone (Eric); and her nieces and nephews, Andrew Woodworth (Ashley), Aubrey Crist (Jared), Alysse Woodworth, Emily Stone, Sarah Stone and Nathan Stone.
