He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Frates and Marshall Frates; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his sisters, Lissa "Elissabeth" Defreitas of Sandpoint and Michelle Lucido of Stockton, CA.; his nieces and nephews, Jonette Kincheloe, Augustus Frates, Anthony, Vincent Lucido and Audrey Brockmeier; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leo, Carter Lucido and Annalise Brockmeier.
