He is survived by: his spouse Tricia Hendrickson; his children, Jetta, Ryder and Eden; his grandfather Orville "Red" Cunningham; his mother Peggy Cunningham VandeVanter; his stepfather Tim VandeVanter; his children, Nick, Karmen, Makayla, Sophia and Ava; his stepbrothers, Josh, Ben and Joseph VandeVanter; his cousin Chancey; and his close friends, Ron, Jennifer Stephenson, Dave, Dawn Corder and Rick Balbi. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncle and cousins.
